The Pros of using flash are it adds light, freezes time, and it eliminates the blur. The cons of using flash are the flash disturbs subject, creates ugly situations, red eyes, and shiny spots. The automatic flash flashes the camera when needs more light to take a photo. Fill in Flash is a good idea on certain situations such as back lighting, and shadows. Flash is not a good idea when you get to see the colors of the background. Flash in this picture is not a good idea because you weren't going to be able to see the beautiful lights of it. And the place would no longer be original pretty.
